Brittany Jackson is a Certified Personal Trainer through CANFIT, CPR A/C Certified, and experienced with one-on-one coaching, group training classes, and online fitness coaching.

Brittany will personally guide you through effective exercises while ensuring safety and motivation to feel your absolute best. Brittany has ample experience with creating couples-based training programs, and family-friendly workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment.

Nutrition Planning and Guidance

Achieve optimal health and fitness with a customized nutrition plan. Brittany will work with you to assess your dietary needs, create meal plans and offer ongoing support to help you make sustainable and healthier food choices. Do you have too much going on to cook? We also partnerships with meal delivery services that provide healthy, nutritious and easy meals that you and your family will enjoy.
